It have two mode (that isnt listed in manual). When is on, if you push the power for few seconds, the color of the led change to blue and it enter in "standby mode" in this mode if you push power button , if you touch or push the car it start itself to move.

The article is very cute and sophisticated, I like that it has a choice of self-driving, it is entertaining but my cats do not pay much attention to it, it makes them striking but they do not try to play with it, you may have to get used to the noise you have from your tires and the model of the cart. Arrived earlier than the page stipulated, I like it.
